HELP !!!!





Hi Folks, could anyone please help me to Identify this plant, I have scoured books and on-line but cannot find anything like it.
Found it at St Gothian Sands NR Godrevy, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Monty, it's a Horsetail of some sort, possibly marsh, but they're quite tricky. A cross section of the stem would help (possibly).
